We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on eligible digital marketing services and subscription plans.
If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund—no questions asked.

To qualify:

  • The request must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

  • You must contact us directly via email at [email protected].

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • You purchased a service package within the past 30 days

  • You feel the service did not meet the agreed expectations

  • You decide the service is not the right fit for your business

  • You subscribed to a monthly digital service and are within the first 30 days of your first billing cycle

Important:
Because we provide digital and AI-powered marketing services, no physical returns are required.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for the 30-day guarantee:

  • Services that require significant custom development completed during the first 30 days

  • Completed one-time deliverables (e.g., full website builds, full branding packages)

  • Paid media spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)

  • Third-party software, tools, or licenses purchased on your behalf

  • Any service delivered after the initial 30-day period

Processing Your Refund

Once your request is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Funds will return to the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed

Cancellations made after the first 30 days are not eligible for a refund but will prevent future charges.
