Reverse-engineer or tamper with site functionality
We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who violates these terms.
4. Payments & Billing
By purchasing any service, you agree to:
Provide accurate billing information
Authorize Alex Digital to charge your payment method
Pay all applicable fees promptly
For subscription services:
Billing occurs automatically on each renewal date
You may cancel at any time as described in our Refund Policy
Third-party fees (including advertising spend) are the sole responsibility of the client.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible services.
Refund requests must follow the process outlined in that policy
Services rendered beyond the initial 30 days are not refundable
Third-party expenses are non-refundable

6. Service Delivery & Turnaround Time
6.1 Service Commencement
All services provided by AlexDigital.co, a DBA of Alex 88 LLC, are digital services. Service timelines begin only after payment has been successfully processed and all required information, materials, access credentials, and approvals have been received from the client.
6.2 Estimated Completion Timelines
The following are estimated completion times calculated from the date payment is received:
Business consulting services: 2–3 business days
Basic website (1–3 pages): 7–10 business days
Custom website (4–6 pages): 10–14 business days
Advanced or premium website projects: 14–21 business days
Landing page design: 5–7 business days
Mobile app UI design (design only): 10–15 business days
Illustration and graphic design services: 5–10 business days
Initial SEO setup and optimization: 5–7 business days
Monthly SEO services: Initiated within 3–5 business days
Website maintenance and update requests: 3–5 business days per request
Marketing strategy and planning services: 5–7 business days
Analytics, tracking, and reporting setup: 2–4 business days
6.3 Client Delays
Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide content, approvals, feedback, or access credentials may extend delivery timelines. Alex Digital is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.
6.4 No Guaranteed Completion Dates
All timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Alex Digital will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines.
6.5 Refund Reference
Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the Refund & Return Policy referenced in Section 5.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information required to deliver services
Supply necessary access credentials (ad platforms, website, CRM, etc.)
Respond in a timely manner to communications
Comply with all advertising and marketing platform policies
Failure to provide required assets may delay service delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated:
All content, strategies, and materials created by Alex Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
Upon payment, clients are granted a license to use deliverables for their business
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose materials without written permission
Client-provided assets remain the property of the client.
9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our services may utilize AI tools to generate:
Marketing copy
Graphics
Advertising variations
Analytical insights
Automation logic
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and agree to review and approve all materials prior to public use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Alex Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We do not guarantee specific marketing results or revenue outcomes
All services are provided “as is”
Your sole remedy is to discontinue services or request a refund in accordance with our policy.
11. Third-Party Services
We may integrate or rely on third-party tools and platforms including, but not limited to:
Google
Meta
TikTok
Analytics platforms
Automation providers
Web hosting services
We are not responsible for the actions, downtime, policies, or errors of third-party providers.
12. Privacy

By using our website, you consent to our data practices.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if you:

Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
Fail to pay for services
Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.
